Poliscope Terms and Conditions

Last updated: July 25, 2026

By accessing Poliscope, you agree to use the service lawfully, responsibly, and in accordance with these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Poliscope.

Poliscope is provided as an early-access narrative-intelligence cockpit for research, analysis, mapping, verification, briefing, and publication workflows. It is not legal, financial, medical, security, or professional advice.

You are responsible for the material you submit, save, export, or publish through Poliscope. Do not upload unlawful content, confidential third-party material you are not allowed to use, malware, harassment, doxxing material, or content intended to facilitate harm.

Poliscope may include automated analysis, external sources, user notes, and experimental features. Outputs may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for checking sources, preserving receipts, and applying independent judgment before relying on or publishing any output.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features during early access. We may restrict or terminate access for misuse, security risk, non-payment, unlawful activity, or behavior that threatens the integrity of the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Poliscope is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the service.

These terms may be updated as the product, billing model, and account system mature. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
